Learn concepts and techniques for appraising real estate value. This course is designed for persons who want to work in the areas of appraisal and assessment. Topics include: the appraisal profession, the appraisal process, property analysis, market and use analysis, valuation methods, value reconciliation, and report writing. Note on AIC/UBC/RECBC Transfer: This course meets Appraisal Institute of Canada transfer for Real Estate Council of BC, and UBC BUSI 330 requirements.
