At this course, you will receive up-to-date information regarding your responsibilities as an architect with respect to: construction contracts and contract documents; including obligations under CCDC 2 (1994), CCAC 6 (1997) and the BC Government Stipulated Price Construction Contract. You will be apprised of the principles of architectural specifications and the significance of their contribution to the contract documents and learn about the implications of various project delivery methods, including “design/build.”

Intern architects who have completed and submitted at least 2800 hours of the work experience requirements along with all six of the required professional development courses are eligible for the Oral Review.
