June 21 is National Indigenous Peoples Day. This day is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the history, heritage, resilience, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples across the country.

AIBC-Hosted Indigenous Peoples Learning Opportunities
As part of its Summer Professional Development Series, the AIBC and Architecture Foundation of BC are hosting “Moving Toward Reconciliation: Learning From Working Alongside Indigenous Communities” on June 13, 2024. The session will discuss how architectural projects within or for Indigenous communities create valuable opportunities for collaboration, co-design, and capacity building.
