AIBC’s Strategic Plan for 2019–2023
Strategic plans are critical, as they identify key objectives and outcomes over a multi-year timeframe and act as a roadmap for the organization. The goals and strategies set by the plan will determine priorities for the organization’s initiatives and programs, and also provide guidance for AIBC council, committees, and staff. As a regulatory body, strategic plans are even more crucial as they support the Institute in governing and operating at the highest level of excellence.
Anchored by AIBC’s mandate, vision and values, the 2019–2023 AIBC Strategic Plan sets priority goals, and outlines the strategic initiatives through which the AIBC will make progress over the next five years.
