Township of Langley – Builder Forum Series: BC Energy Step Code 5 and Form
The Township of Langley will be hosting an online builder forum to share information on strategies for meeting Step 5 of the BC Energy Step Code, as well as updates from the Township of Langley.
The presentation will be given by Mark Bernhardt of Bernhardt Contracting and will cover Step 5 requirements, articulation of buildings to meet Step 5, key performance parameters, overheating in Part 9 and cost effective energy conservation measures.
In addition, our 2021 UBC Scholar, Ezgi Yuruk Haktanirlar, will present her Survey results and findings (15 mins) and there will be 15-30 minutes for Township updates. The full length of the webinar is 2 hours and will include time for Q&A.
