Architectural Awards Program Transition
With the renewed relationship between the AIBC and the Architecture Foundation of British Columbia, it was recognized that the promotional and advocacy opportunities of the Architectural Awards Program are better aligned with the mandate of the AFBC; therefore, the program was transferred in 2019 in order to fully realize its potential.
As the founding organization of the Architectural Awards, the Institute will continue to support the program to maintain the highest of awards standards, through a regulatory compliance review of both project submissions and jury member applications.
