Application Submission Deadlines

Complete and eligible applications will be submitted to the next AIBC Credentials Committee meeting for review and approval. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed in a subsequent meeting. Applicants will be notified by email of application approval within two business days following Committee’s review. We highly encourage early submission of applications.

Note the below dates are guidelines only. During periods with high volumes of requests, the AIBC may not be able to process all applications within these timelines.

An applicant has 30 days from the date they receive a registration decision from the Credentials Committee to submit a written request for a review of that decision – a “Review on the Record”.

• Within 14 days of receiving request, the Registrar must appoint a Panel, which includes the Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and one lay member. The panel will review the decision.
• Within 30 days of completing review, the Panel must provide summary reasons to the Applicant and Credentials Committee.
