	Council Elections 2018/19 – E-Vote Information and Council Nominees Announcement E-voting for the 2018 AIBC Council Election opens on April 16 at 9 a.m., and will close on May 7. The AIBC is pleased to announce that eight members, of which six are endorsed, have put their names forward as candidates for the five positions in the upcoming election. Read more.
	Which 2018 Annual Conference Sessions Should I Attend? Are you attending the 2018 AIBC Annual Conference? Not sure which sessions to attend? With more than 22 options available, there is something for everyone! Don't miss out – registration for the conference is now open. Read more.
	Passive House for High-Rise: Design Strategies from New York and Seattle Session Join us for Passive House for High-Rise: Design Strategies from New York and Seattle on Tuesday, April 24. This session brings together design professionals from New York and Seattle who have first-hand experience building Passive House on a larger scale. Read more.
	2018 Annual Meeting – Call for Member Motions The Members’ Forum is an opportunity to raise, discuss and debate issues of interest or concern to the profession. The forum takes place before the end of the Annual Meeting, time permitting. Members are invited to submit a motion by April 26, 2018. Read more.
	New Volunteer Opportunities for Spring 2018! There are several new opportunities to get involved in the Institute’s Volunteer Program this spring! Current openings focus on registration programs and pathways, including the Qualifications Committee, the Experience Review Committee, and the Mentorship Program for both Intern Architects AIBC and Broadly Experienced Applicants. The consultation period for the proposed suite of Administrative Bylaws 2018 closes on April 19, 2018. AIBC 2019-2023 Strategic Plan Update The 2018 Annual Meeting Booklet is now available. 2018 AIBC Architectural Awards Jury Announced Book accommodation for the 2018 AIBC Annual Conference before April 7, 2018.	Council Rules 8: Terms and Conditions for Mandatory PLI Approved Notice of Suspension: Stavro Melathopoulos There are only three months left until the AIBC Mandatory CES reporting period deadline of June 30, 2018. CES Participants have three months remaining to earn and report a total of 36 Learning Units.

Applications for the Michael A. Ernest AIBC Intern Architect Bursary are being accepted until April 16, 2018. Volunteer opportunity available to join the Intern Architect Committee.

AIBC Gallery
The Missing Middle Competition by Urbanarium exhibit is on until April 12, 2018. Submissions from the 2018 AIBC Architectural Awards will be on display from April 13–22, 2018. BCIT's Architectural Science Graduate Exhibit will be on display from April 23–30, 2018. Note: Beginning May 1, 2018, the Gallery will be closed for renovations.
