Participate in the Affordable Housing Survey by April 21

The Honourable David Eby, Q.C., Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Housing has asked the AIBC to provide observations and comments related to the development, design, and construction of affordable housing in British Columbia. A survey has been created to collect responses from AIBC registrants the deadline to participate is April 21. Read more.

PGA Transition April 2022 Update

As previously announced, the transition to the PGA is taking longer than originally anticipated. Part of the delay arises from the government's amendments to the PGA itself. The AIBC understands registrants are eager to hear more – while many details are still being finalized, there are general themes of the PGA to which registrants should be aware. Read more.

Less than Three Months Left until the CES Deadline

There are less than three months left until the AIBC Mandatory CES reporting period deadline of June 30, 2022. CES Participants need to earn and report a total of 36 Learning Units, of which at least 16 must be Core, before the deadline. CES progress can be reviewed in the Registrant Portal. Read more.
