New CERB Functionality Available in Registrant Portal

New CERB functionality is now available in the AIBC Registrant Portal, with the entire submission process moving online. The new features provide a more efficient and transparent process, as users can see the progress of their submission from start to finish in the Portal. Read more.

AIBC Digital Seal, Limited Time Promotional Rate

Notarius, the AIBC’s digital seal provider, has a limited time promotional rate on the digital signature sign-up fee, until August 31, 2023. A digital seal is an encrypted electronic ‘signature’ that assures the origin of an electronic document. For Architects, this allows architectural documents to be securely signed, sealed, and delivered electronically. Read more.

  • The 2023 Firm Update is coming up – further information and instructions will be shared with Registrants later this month.
  • Save the Date: AIBC Conference 2024 is taking place in-person from April 22–24.
  • The deadline for CES Participants to participate in the CES Survey is August 22.

Intern Architect Happenings

  • The application period for the Fall 2023 Oral Exam opens next week, on August 8. Experience hours for eligibility must be submitted on or before the application deadline date of August 25. Refer to the Oral Exam Candidate Guidebook for more information.
