2024 Annual Renewal Fees Due Today

Today is the deadline for payment of the 2024 Annual Renewal Fees, as mandated by the AIBC Bylaws. Instructions on how to pay can be found on the website. Registrants who don't pay the annual fee will no longer be in Good Standing and will have their fees increase by 25 percent. Read more.

AIBC BC Building Code 2024 Update Course

Registration is now open for the 2024 BC Building Code Update Course, presented by the AIBC. The course will take place virtually on Tuesday, March 26. This course will focus on Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the BC Building Code. Registration closes on March 22. Read more.

A webinar on the latest in digital permitting at the Ministry of Housing will be taking place on Thursday, February 29. The Ministry will speak to the permitting experience for new housing, as well as the use of tools and practices that will position British Columbia as a leader in digital permitting and construction.
