PGA Town Hall Taking Place April 27

To give Registrants an opportunity to hear more about the AIBC’s transition to the PGA, the AIBC is hosting a Town Hall on April 27. While there will be an opportunity to ask questions live during the event, the AIBC is highly encouraging Registrants to submit their questions in advance. Read more.

Upcoming PGA Terminology Changes and Bylaw Amendments

Since the AIBC’s transition to the PGA, the AIBC has continued updating and refining regulatory documents and resources, as well as the website. This work will continue over the coming months, with several upcoming bylaw amendments and updates to terminology. Read more.

Are Architects Required to put a Permit to Practice on Documents?

The AIBC has been receiving questions regarding Permit to Practice. While Engineers are required to put their Permit to Practice on documents, Architects are not required to place their Certificate of Practice number on documents. Architects are required to practice using the name on their CoP. Read more.

Which PD Day 2023 Session Should I Attend?

With more than 10 options available, there is something for everyone at PD Day 2023! A variety of topics impacting today’s architectural practice will be explored, including: Affordability & Sustainability, Inclusive Architecture, Indigenous Peoples Learning, and Innovation & Technology.
