PGA Town Hall Taking Place Virtually April 27, Registration Now Open

*TIMING UPDATE: Given the high interest in the Town Hall, the event has been extended by 30 minutes to allow more time for questions. The Town Hall will take place from 12:30 to 2 p.m. This change does not affect those who have already registered. 

To give Registrants an opportunity to hear more about the AIBC’s transition to the Professional Governance Act (PGA), the AIBC is hosting a Town Hall on Thursday, April 27. The event will be taking place online from 12:30 to 2 p.m., and will feature a brief presentation about the transition, followed by a comprehensive question and answer period.

Presenters and facilitators include: Stuart Rothnie Architect AIBC, AIBC President; Thomas Lutes, General Counsel and Deputy CEO; and Maura Gatensby Architect AIBC, Lead Practice Advisor and Regulatory Liaison.

Submit Your Questions in Advance

We want to hear from you! While there will be an opportunity to ask questions live during the Town Hall, the AIBC is highly encouraging Registrants to submit their questions in advance to pga@aibc.ca. All questions that are not addressed during the Town Hall will be responded to via email following the event.

Register by Wednesday, April 26

The deadline to register for the Town Hall is April 26. This is an AIBC Registrant-only event, and those who are interested in attending must register in advance – you will receive the Zoom event information once your registration has been approved. Please also note that the presentation will be recorded, and made available after the event on the AIBC website for PGA transition information purposes for up to six months Please be aware that by signing up for and attending the Town Hall, you are consenting to be recorded.
