2026 Spring Certified Professional (CP) Update Seminar Registration Now Open

Registration is now open for the 2026 Spring CP Update Seminar. The seminar will focus on updates to the CP Program, including refinements to the Guide to the Certified Professional Program, and an outlook on upcoming provincial changes based on the latest National Building Code. Read more.

Updated Bylaws and Professional Standards in Effect

As a reminder, minor administrative updates have been made to the AIBC Bylaws and Professional Standards, and are in effect as of April 21, 2026. An overview of the amendments can be found on the AIBC website. Read more.

AIBC Happenings

  • Reminder that the CES deadline is Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. There are less than two months remaining to earn and report 36 Learning Units, of which at least 16 must be Core.

  • The Spring Oral Exam application period closes on May 8, 2026. Please note that the deadline to submit experience hours is also May 8.
