2024 Firm Update, Registrant Information Update

The 2024 Firm Update concluded on September 30. Five percent of firms still need to complete this regulatory requirement. In preparation for the 2025 Annual Renewal Cycle, the AIBC is also asking Registrants to update their individual profile information. Read more.

The Call for Submissions for PD Day 2025 is closing at the end of this month! PD Day is a virtual event that will explore topics shaping and influencing today’s professional architectural practice. Registration for the Post-Disaster Building Assessment Training Workshop closes on October 16. Space is limited – the workshop will prepare participants to perform rapid post-disaster building assessments. Read more.

2025 Certified Professional (CP) and Advanced Code Knowledge (ACK) Courses

Reminder that registration is now open for both the 2025 Certified Professional Course and the Advanced Code Knowledge Course. The courses will be based on the 2024 BCBC and the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law. Read more.
