2025 Annual Renewal of Registration

Invoices for the 2025 Annual Renewal are now available, and have been sent to Registrants. The AIBC Board has approved a nominal one percent increase – annual renewal fees must be paid in full by February 1. Read more.

Updated AIBC Bylaws Now in Effect

The updated AIBC Bylaws, including a new Professional Standard regarding communicating adequately and in a timely manner with authorities having
jurisdiction, are now in effect. Read more.

New Practice Guideline: Use of the Architect’s Seal

A new regulatory document – Practice Guideline: Use of the Architect’s Seal – has been published. The Practice Guideline replaces Bulletin 60: Signature, Seal and Delivery of Electronic Documents and Bulletin 61: Seal of an Architect. Read more.

New AIBC Volunteer Program Opportunities

The AIBC is seeking individuals for several volunteer opportunities, including Registrant Members and Lay Committee Members for the Investigation
Committee. More information about the opportunities are available on the

AIBC Happenings

  • The January edition of Connected will be published on January 9, 2025.
  • AIBC offices will be closed on December 24 and will re-open January 2, 2025.
  • There are still several spots available for the 2025 Advanced Code Knowledge Course. Registration has been extended to December 12, 2024.
