AIBC AIBC Confab 2021 Registration is Open!
Registration is now open for AIBC Confab 2021. Taking place online on May 10 and 11, the event provides engaging professional development content for architectural professionals in a streamlined format. Participants will be able to virtually attend sessions, an interactive workshop, and two plenaries featuring interdisciplinary speakers. Read more.
AIBC Code of Ethics Part II Bylaws Now in Effect
Supported by registrants and honorary members in the most recent electronic vote, the Code of Ethics Part II Bylaws have successfully passed the provincial government’s "disallowance" period and are now in effect. Read more.
AIBC Joint Professional Practice Guidelines: Encapsulated Mass Timber Construction Up to 12 Storeys
The Joint Professional Practice Guidelines, published by the AIBC and Engineers and Geoscientists BC, are now available. For architects, these guidelines provide important information and identify issues to be considered when providing architectural services for Encapsulated Mass Timber Construction buildings.
