This course builds on the skills learned in PROP 1085 Estimating Construction Costs. It will give participants a solid preliminary foundation in the concepts, tools and techniques of estimating construction costs as being part of the overall project cost control. Content draws on the rationale of Canadian Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the American Association of Cost Engineers to develop useful cost estimates.
