104th AIBC Annual General Meeting

The 104th Annual General Meeting will be held online on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. As well as conducting the necessary annual business of the AIBC, this webcast meeting is an opportunity to learn more about how the AIBC has fulfilled its mandate over the past year, as well as hear about upcoming plans and initiatives.

Important Registration Information
Registration for the Annual General Meeting closes on May 29, 2023. Registration information will be used to record Learning Units for CES Participants, as well as verify registrant eligibility to vote during the Annual General Meeting in accordance with Bylaw 2.122. Please ensure that the information used to register for the Annual General Meeting matches what is recorded with the AIBC (for example: legal name, not preferred name).
The week of May 30, all registered attendees will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to join the meeting webcast. The 104th AIBC Annual General Meeting webcast lobby will open at 11:30 a.m. PDT, and the meeting will begin at 12 p.m. PDT.
