This session is presented by Kaye Melliship, Executive Director at Greater Victoria Housing Society (GVHS). Kaye will define affordable housing, discuss the unique challenges of developing and financing affordable housing and describe the GVHS design needs. She will use case studies from the GVHS portfolio of 14 current buildings and 4 buildings under development.
