This overview of construction administration’s two objectives, two fundamentals and 11 elements summarizes the presenter’s book of the same title. It balances the construction administration functions of designers and builders, drawing upon the presenter’s 40+ years of experience working and consulting on construction administration to a wide variety of architects, engineers and contractors. The focus is on the most cost-effective and efficient methods to achieve the enduring ways of construction administration in our age of immediacy.
