BCCR – Construction at the Cusp of a Tech-Breakthrough

With Vancouver rapidly becoming the new hub for cutting edge and innovative tech solutions and some dubbing it the next “Silicon Valley”, there is a new surge of companies pursing technological advancements in the construction and building industry. As tech adoption has raised the manufacturing industry to previously unimaginable heights, there are impressive numbers of companies working locally in B.C. and the Lower Mainland, to come up with smart solutions making the B.C. construction industry competitive on a global scale. BCCR’s June event, “Construction at the Cusp of a Tech-Breakthrough”, consists of a multitude of Pechakucha style presentations, a format featuring 20 images and 20 seconds per image to tell a holistic story from start to finish with some time for Q&A at the end.
