Join the City of Vancouver at the AIBC on February 7, 2018 for a lunchtime seminar on the recent and upcoming building by-laws changes. Learn firsthand from City of Vancouver staff on Vancouver Building By-law updates, floor area exclusion and Passive House relaxations. There will be a Q&A period as part of this lunchtime seminar, so please come prepared with questions. Lunch will be provided for attendees.
Review of updates will include:
- Vancouver Building By-law updates going into effect March 1, 2018;
- Changes passed December 6, 2017 at a public hearing to modify the floor area exclusion; and,
- Changes passed December 6 for Passive House projects.
