City of Vancouver – Updated Rainwater Management Requirements Q&A Session
The City of Vancouver is hosting two webinars on the recently updated rainwater management requirements for new developments on sites exceeding 1,000 square metres or exceeding a floor space ratio (FSR) of 1.0 that took effect on January 1, 2026. These duplicate webinars will cover details of the updated rainwater management criteria, applicability & transition process for in-stream applications, example application of the updated criteria, sewer capacity review process updates, along with a question & answer session.
