City of Vancouver – Vancouver Building By-law: Rainwater Management Requirements in 2025 for All New Developments
On January 1, 2024, new rainwater management requirements took effect for most new Part 3 buildings in Vancouver. This webinar will introduce the proposed expansion on July 1, 2025 of rainwater management requirements to ALL new Part 3 and Part 9 buildings, including single family homes, laneways, duplexes and multiplexes. Feedback will be solicited and the webinar includes a Q&A session with Phillip White, Manager of Plumbing and Mechanical Inspections and Christopher Radziminski, Building Policy Engineer.
