Explore the design and construction of TELUS Ocean, a landmark high-rise that combines complex architectural expression with ambitious building performance goals, including BC Energy Step Code 3. This presentation will examine the development and detailing of its unitized curtain wall system through the collaborative efforts of Diamond Schmitt Architects, Flynn, and RDH Building Science, highlighting key design, coordination, and construction lessons learned.
Appies and refreshments will be served at the Strathcona Rooftop Patio after the tour.
