This luncheon presentation introduces architects and building professionals to the principles of Passive House and high-performance construction as a design-driven approach to improving building performance. The session will explore how early architectural decisions, such as building form, enclosure continuity, and ventilation strategies can influence energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term durability. The presentation will be delivered by Luiz Bezerra, CPHD, CPHT, Building Science Consultant, who brings extensive experience supporting high-performance building projects across North America.
