Welcome to the modern, rapidly evolving workplace where digital technology is transforming everything, ambiguity abounds, certainty is in short supply, and leaders have to influence because they don’t always have authority. Also, leaders are commonly held accountable for results despite having little control over the people and resources that go into achieving them.
During this practical and interactive 1-day training seminar, the focus will be on providing the specific skills, tools, and techniques that leaders now need to succeed in a modern, evolving organization.
