This 3 hour, hands-on workshop will give you a comprehensive understanding of risk management. This workshop begins with a broad general discussion of risk management as it relates to architecture projects.
Using the latest software tools, our workshop will lead you through the process of creating a risk management plan and identifying, prioritizing and responding to risk throughout the duration of a project. Risk management is about being proactive – not firefighting. Managing risk is essential to delivering projects on time and on budget.
