Keynote speech with world renowned urban planner and author Alain Bertaud. Alain Bertaud is the former Chief Urban Planner of the World Bank and author of the internationally acclaimed book Order Without Design. Alain will be sharing his insights from his five decades of planning cities starting with his first job working for le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret planning Chandigarh, capital of Punjab.
