JRS Engineering – City of Vancouver Rezoning Policy
The City of Vancouver Green Buildings Policy for Rezoning, aka Rezoning Policy, was adopted on July 22, 2010. In the past 11 years, multiple updates were released, and the latest update was effective June 14, 2019. The policy lists the detailed requirements for all projects located in Vancouver, seeking for rezoning, including but not limited to townhomes, 4-6 storey residential buildings, high rise, mixed use, commercial buildings, etc. This presentation explains requirements and also lists submission requirements at each stage of a project.
