This session will focus on the lessons learned by the CPHD through the tendering, construction and early commissioning of the Ken Soble Tower, the largest Certified MURB EnerPHit in the world. The goal of the session is to answer questions and highlight some areas that designers and consultants should can be thinking of early in design to avoid changes down the line.
