A paradigm shift towards carbon neutrality has started globally. How we design, build and live in buildings is changing. BOSS (Building Offsite Sustainable Systems) advances the process for converting the building sector to be carbon neutral by providing an open source, holistic, and prescriptive approach to a complete building model. A model that advances efficiency for both operational and embodied carbon leading into 2030 when net-zero ready buildings become standard building code across the province of BC.
