Passive House Canada – Passive House Pulse Victoria – Wollaston Prefab 4-plex
Join us for an in-depth look at this nearly completed Passive House 4-plex in Victoria. There will be a project presentation and discussion with Graeme Verhulst (Waymark Architecture), and Dave Fraser (Peel Passive House) as well as tours of the building. Attendees will learn about Passive House project design and performance, development goals, and the benefits of Passive House and prefab construction for multifamily residential buildings.
