RAIC – Contract Negotiations
The first webinar of the 2025 Series Resilient Architect: Law and Practice will focus on “hot topic” contract terms such as indemnity, limitation of liability, standard of care, reliance on information. Presented by a lawyer with strong experience and expertise with preparing contracts on the owner’s side and a lawyer with litigating contracts/defending claims on the architect’s side, the session will make for an engaging and effective learning experience.
