Expand your leadership approach by incorporating practical coaching skills that strengthen your executive presence, influence, and impact. Through an engaging and interactive learning experience, you will learn the anatomy of an effective coaching conversation and how to use powerful questions, active listening, and constructive feedback to unlock the potential of others. While this is not a coach certification program, it will provide practical tools and techniques that can be immediately applied to develop others, build trust, foster accountability, and improve performance.
