The Township of Langley is hosting an online Builder Forum Series webinar exploring how the BC Energy Step Code (ESC) and Zero Carbon Step Code (ZCSC) are shaping Part 3 building design. Susan MacDougall and Danny Taylor of Focal Engineering will present findings from a recent study for the Township, highlighting impacts on envelope and mechanical design, capital cost, peak electrical demand, and the influence of EV charging on electrical infrastructure.
