Township of Langley – Builder Forum Series: Part 9 Upper Steps
On Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, the Township of Langley will be hosting an online builder forum to share information related to designing Part 9 buildings to the Upper Steps of the BC Energy Step Code, presented by Dallas Hordichuk of Bernhardt Contracting. Differences between the Lower Steps and Upper Steps will be highlighted including mechanical, envelope, and aesthetic differences. Net Zero Energy Ready strategies will also be covered. Township of Langley updates will be given at the beginning of the webinar.
