Township of Langley – Builder Forum Series: Small Scale Multi-Unit Housing and Step Code
The Township of Langley will be hosting an online builder forum that will focus on Small Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) and its alignment with BC Step Code requirements. Small Housing BC will provide an introduction to Bill 44 and key SSMUH building archetypes. Mark Bernhardt of Bernhardt Contracting Ltd. will explore how these archetypes relate to Step Code compliance, covering envelope design, air barrier design strategies, and mechanical systems for SSMUH.
