The Centre for Advanced Wood Processing and the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at UBC are pleased to bring two renowned experts in robotic fabrication to Canada to lead a hands-on workshop on Robotic Fabrication. Using a state-of-the-art eight-axis industrial robot, this one-day workshop will cover an overview of state-of-the-art robotic fabrication in timber, introduction to the computational design tools used during the workshop, robot operation, controls, and safety procedures.
