Update on the 2018 BC Building Code: Parts 4, 5, 6, 7, 10

This session is presented by the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and Engineers and Geoscientists BC.

The new 2018 BC Building and Plumbing Codes became effective December 10, 2018, and apply to building permits applied for on or after that date. This seminar will focus on the updates on the following parts of the 2018 BC Building and Plumbing Codes: Part 4 (Structural Design), Part 5 (Environmental Separation), Part 6 (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Part 7 (Plumbing Services), and Part 10 (Energy Efficiency).
