Vancouver Regional Construction Association – Lead to Succeed: Leadership Skills for Foremen
Lead to Succeed is an eight-hour interactive course designed to help you discover a more effective way of leading your team — starting with yourself. The course is broken into four 2-hour sections delivered twice weekly over two weeks, in which we will define and explore leadership styles & effective practices, human motivation, goal attainment, listening & communicating, and conflict management. Leadership is an inside-out process and this course will provide you with tools to better identify and enhance your own leadership strengths so that you can lead your team and succeed in your goals.
This is an engaging interactive course with a maximum number of participants capped at 15. After the course completion, attendees will have access to two hours of one-on-one coaching over the following months to help answer any questions or real-world problems you may be facing. The coaching sessions consist of 4 sessions of 30 minutes each, or can be combined to 2 one hour sessions within the month after the course completion.
