VRCA – ZEBx Decarb Lunch Series: Energy Step Code Airtightness Testing for Part 3 Buildings: UBC Mundell House
Join ZEBx for a discussion on Energy Step Code airtightness testing for Part 3 Buildings and the UBC Mundell House. Key project team members from ZGF Architects and Aqua-Coast Engineering will share on airtightness testing site preparation, testing procedures and outline lessons learned from undergoing the process. A Senior Energy Code Administrator from the Provincial Building and Safety Standards Branch will highlight testing requirements, methodologies, results reporting, and best practices that project teams should follow. This will be followed by a moderated expert panel discussion.
These and other hurdles faced by developers and design professionals on their road to net-zero energy-ready buildings. The presenters for this webinar will share insights on the obstacles and the ways to successfully navigate them, and will include perspectives from both design professionals and municipal planners.
