Presenter Sarah Crawford-Bohl, an accomplished healthcare leader, delves into the critical importance of facing difficult conversations. Sarah introduces ‘The Moral Compass’, a framework guiding us past any hesitation, helping us make the courageous step of initiating these dialogues. This workshop will introduce the skills for leading a compassionate and productive conversation. We will learn about techniques that support effective feedback and clear communication, which can be practiced in everyday interactions as well as the challenging moments.
