Join us at this workshop on Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace to learn about your rights and responsibilities as designers: to employees and employers, to clients, and to colleagues. Lawyer Melanie Samuels will introduce us to the legal framework of bullying and discrimination in the workplace and how to manage such behaviour when confronted with it. Melanie brings a wealth of experience in employment law, creative industries, and diversity and inclusivity. Her presentation will be followed by a moderated Q&A.
