On Thursday, June 12, ZEBx will host its third building tour of 2025 at the Chief Leonard George Building in Vancouver—a groundbreaking Passive House, Mass Timber redevelopment inspired by a cedar basket. Learn about the various building materials and strategies used to help achieve Passive House performance as well as the mechanical systems carefully designed to balance occupant thermal comfort, operability/controllability as well as cost implications to install and operate.
