ZEIC – Building Better Homes: Surrey & Township of Langley Homebuilder Forum
The City of Surrey, Township of Langley, and ZEBx are hosting an educational and networking event open to all homebuilders working in Metro Vancouver. To start, the City of Surrey and the Township of Langley will present permitting data trends related to energy and emissions performance for new Part 9 buildings being built in the two municipalities. A leading homebuilder with projects throughout BC will present the Builder’s Visual Guide to BC Energy Step Code and Zero Carbon Step Codes, followed by a panel discussion with local Part 9 industry leaders that have successfully transitioned beyond the provincial minimums for energy and emissions requirements.
