The Architectural Institute of British Columbia regulates the profession of architecture in the interest of the public. This regularly updated online directory includes AIBC-registered Architects, Intern Architects, Architectural Technologists, Retired Architects, Firms and Temporary Licensees.

To confirm if a person or firm is registered with the AIBC, please select a registrant category. Note that Temporary Licenses are not currently included in the Directory. If you need information about Temporary License Holders or are unable to find the information you require, please contact registration@aibc.ca.
- Architects: Architects AIBC; professionals who meet the registration requirements to practise architecture in British Columbia through a Certificate of Practice holder.
- Associate: Intern Architects AIBC, Architectural Technologists AIBC, and Retired Architects AIBC
- Firm: Architectural Firms
NOTE: Firms with “Inactive Status/Type” do not currently hold Certificates of Practice and are not authorized to practise architecture in British Columbia.
Cancellation of Registration
Non-Payment of 2023 Annual Renewal Fees and Subsequent Reinstatement
