The 61st Building Officials' Association of B.C. (BOABC) Spring Conference and AGM is scheduled to take place May 15-18, 2016 at the River Rock Casino Resort. Included in the Conference is a 5-day Level 3 Study Session which will take place from May 17-21, 2016.
