The presentation will discuss the realization of an air/vapour barrier in every day life as well as review the importance of their use in varying types of systems over complex interior environments. The importance will later be reviewed with the audience through a series of case studies where the air/vapour barrier (or lack of) had a significant impact in the performance of the Building Envelope.
